Vijay 58 to be shot in unseen North Indian locations

It is well known that after finishing work on Kaththi` directed by A.R.Murugadoss, actor Vijay will move on to his 58th film that will be directed by Simbudevan, which will reportedly have a fantasy based script.

The pre-production work for this yet to be titled film has already begun with its cinematographer Natraj Subramaniam aka Natty and the director all set to start to searching locations up north for the film. Natty who is famed cinematographer in Bollywood and has acted as the lead hero in few films has said that he and the director have decided to shoot the Vijay film in locations that were never seen on screen in the pat. Natty also confirmed that he along with the director is headed to a 10 day trip to several states across India, like Kerala, interior TN, and Maharashtra and even to Punjab and Himachal Pradesh.

Natty who has explored many North Indian terrains around the mountain areas for his ad and Hindi film shoots will be had shown the real and breathtaking locations in the Chamba Valley, Dalhousie and other places up North, apart from Satara in Maharashtra. He has captures these ethereal and breath-taking locations in a video and showed them to Simbudevan who want to see them with his own eyes in person and finalize the best locations before commencing the shoot.

Natty further said that the film be shot in TN locations like Pollachi and Coimbatore and ruled out inclusion of any foreign locations and CG works. The idea is to make the film appear as much natural as possible.

The Vijay-Sibudevan film has Shruthi Haasan, Hansika, Sridevi and Sudheep of Naan Ee` fame in its star cast. Music will be scored by Devi Sri Prasad and the film will be produced by PT Selvakumar and Shibu of Thameem films. The film is expected to start rolling in September.
