The Sippys are gearing up to give their next production post Nautanki Saala`. Ramesh and Rohan Sippy`s latest venture titled Sonali Cable`, written and directed by Charudutt Acharya, is slated for an October 10, 2014 release.

Bannered under Ramesh Sippy Entertainment, the film will be co-produced by Roopa de Choudhury and Kamia Mulhotra in association with BombayMania Production Pvt. Ltd. and is a PVR Pictures release.

Sonali Cable`, starring 'Mere Dad Ki Maruti' famed actress Rhea Chakraborty, 'Fukrey' Ali Fazal, Anupam Kher, Raghav Juyal, Swanand Kirkire and Smita Jaykar, is a classic David vs Goliath story set in the underbelly of the broadband war in Mumbai. It is a character driven, edgy survival drama of a spunky young girl from Mumbai, Sonali who puts her love, life and survival at stake when she and her ragtag family of internet cable technicians come in the way of the expansion plans of India`s largest corporation. For them Sonali Cable is more than a livelihood. It is their home and they will fight to the finish to save it!

The other credits on the film include Cinematographer Sudheer Palsane, Music by Mike Mcleary, Ankit Tiwari and Falak. Danny-John had done the Background score while Choreography is by Swarup and Himanshu Arif Sheikh is the editor is, Amar Shetty is Action Director and Production Designer is Saini Johray.
