Talks about music composer Vijay Anotony quitting music could be heard from the Tinsel town circles. Vijay Antnoy who debuted as a composer with the filnm ‘Sukran’ in 2004 has given many hit albums and peppy numbers that have become the favorites of music lovers.

In 2012, Vijay Antony ventured into acting and production with the film ‘Naan’. The stupendous success of the thriller flicks directed by Jeeve Shankar made Vijay Antony start concentrating more on acting. His second production venture in which he also stars as the lead hero, ‘Salim’ is ready for release while another film ‘India Pakistan’ is 40% complete. After finishing this he will move on to a project titled as ‘Saithan’ which will again have him as the lead hero.

Speaking about his acting stint in a recent interview Vijay Antony confirmed that he has decided to concentrate more in acting and producing film along with his wife. He confirms that audience will get to see him as the lead hero at least in a couple of films releasing this year.

When it comes to composing Vijay Antony has scored music for ‘Naan’ and ‘Salim’ while ‘India Pakistan’ will have music by debutante Dhina Devaraj. For Saithan the music director is yet to be finalized.

Whether he prefers to quit music composing? Vijay Antony says he will certainly score music whenever the need arises.
