With three films on an average coming and going next week there is an addition to the list time. 30 years old Dr Vishnuvardhana film ‘Kaidhi’ is releasing with latest technical additions at Triveni theatre. At this theatre 30 years ago the first release was seen by the public.

Among the three films – Endendu Ninagaagi, Maryaadhe and Athi Aparoopa – one is remake and two others claim as originals.

KAIDHI – an action film of the yesteryears starring Dr Vishnuvardhana is releasing with some technical additions. It was released 30 years ago in Vishwa Productions, Raju produced this film that did well in the first release. It is about innocent framed for crime. Dr Vishnu fans Govindu and Satish are releasing this film at a place where it was released 30 years ago – Triveni theatre. It was certified ‘A’ in those days. Chi Udayashanker has written the lyrics. Thaale Hoova Edeyinda is popular to this day.

ENDENDU NINAGAAGI – This is the film made in Tamil as ‘Engeyum Eppothum’. Vivek Narasimhan – dream merchant of Kannada cinema V Ravichandran sister son is making debut as hero. Deepa Sannidhi is the counterpart for Vivek.

Another pair is played by Aneesh and Sindhu Lokanath. This is the fourth combination for this pair in Kannada cinema. Already a few songs of V Harikrishna are hit in the market.

MARYADE - ‘Maryade’…Give and Take by Malayalam speaking producer cum hero Nagaraj and director Maharaj launched in the middle of May 2013 is from Kingini Productions. A film with novel subject ‘Maryade’ meaning ‘Respect’ – focuses on the travails and tribulations of eunuch in the society. Ravi Chetan plays the eunuch role and he played ‘Satyananda’ in the past. Director Maharaj has penned the story, screenplay and dialogues for this film.

Premkumar and Aindrita Ray are in lead roles.
