Vijayendra Varma may be delayed. And he may be beset with plethora of problems.

But nothing it seems can stop Balaya.

Balakrishna, who has been in all sorts of controversies, is not ready to look back. But he is looking ahead. And that in his case means doing what he does best: Act.

His film, under the banner PB Arts and directed by Jayanth, was launched a couple of days ago. It was a star-studded event with ANR giving the clap, Nandamuri Ramakrishna switching on the camera and K.Raghavendra Rao directing the first shot.

In tow was also NTR Jr with his dignified presence.

Balakrishna plays a lecturer in the film and the story of it is based on a real-life event. Interwoven into this larger than life story is a tender tale of a father and son.

All through the function, Balaya was a picture of studious simplicity.
