After delivering a hit in Endrendrum Punnagai actor Jiva is busy with his next film Yaan which marks the directorial debut of ace cinematographer Ravi.K.Chandran. Thulasi Nair who debuted last year with the film Kadal has been paired up with Jiva in this film. The film produced by R.S.Infotainment is the first film to be shot in Morocco.

Jiva's timely help

Ravi.K.Chandran is not handling the camera for this film and he has entrusted the job to Manush Nandhan who debuted with the Kamalhassan film Manmadhan Ambu, that released in 2010. Recently the team shot a few sequences in Morocco where Manush got a severe leg injury and the young cinematographer had to rush back to India. Getting permission to shoot in Morocco was not so easy and the producers had acquired permission for only a few members belonging to the crew to take part in the shoot that happens in Morocco. This necessitated Ravi to handle the camera and the film’s hero Jiva served as his associate in the absence of any other camera assistants.

Team Yaan is in all praise for Jiva’s kind gesture which has ended as the timely help for everyone involved in the film.
