Further, director Sathya Siva od 'Kazhugu' fame has roped in the actor for 'Thalapakatti', apart from which Vikram has been signed in for GNR Kumaravelan's yet-to-be-titled project. Further, the actor has agreed in principle to take up the lead role in 'Manam Kothi Paravai' fame director Ezhil's project and a film for producer TG Thyagarajan.
