Shruti Haasan who made everyone sit up and notice her acting skills in ‘D-Day’, may surprise her Bollywood film fans with her role in the masala film 'Welcome Back'.

But for those who have been watching Shruti do the commercial song and dance routine with enthusiasm in south are not at all surprised.

Shruti who has learnt dancing since childhood finds dancing one of the most enjoyable part of acting in a film.

Incidentally, this is the first time Shruti is playing a very conventional Hindi film heroine in a big production. Given the fact that the actress had earlier played a Pakistani prostitute in ‘D-Day’ or a sweet innocent girl in ‘Ramaiya Vastavaiya’.

Now let’s all wait to see this Chhuimui Si beauty shaking her booty in this John Abraham starrer. Already earlier news had been abuzz that John’s introduction song has been made on a large and expensive scale - costing nearly 3 crores. Now with Shruti showing off her tumkas and matkas really spices up the film.

A sequel of 2009’s ‘Welcome’, ‘Welcome Back’ Produced by Firoz A Nadiadwala and directed by Anees Bazmee also stars Nana Patekar, Anil Kapoor and Paresh Rawal in lead. The film is scheduled to release 2014.
