Following the ankle injury during the shoot of Daniel Craig’s latest James Bond film, the actor was seen walking at JFK Airport in New York with crutches on both sides and a cast on his leg. His hospitalization was supposed to be followed by two weeks of rehabilitation. The makers of the film had posted about his injury earlier saying that Craig “will be undergoing minor ankle surgery resulting from an injury sustained during filming.” They also that the film will release in April 2020 as expected.
The actor had injured his ankle ligaments when he fell during an action-packed scene in the 007 film.
It said that the star was flown to the US to consult the surgeon who treated England Football Captain Harry Kane. Apparently, Craig was furious about having injured himself after the heavy training for the role.
