The noted producer Kanakapura Srinivas of RS Banner is facing the litigation filed by noted director Yogaraj Bhat. When Yogaraj Bhat complained on this issue and written letter, it was KFCC made a settlement. As a result Srinivas released cheques in the name of Yogaraj Bhat for his balance of payment for ‘Dana Kayonu’.

Yogaraj Bhat presented the cheque given in three dates. All of them got bounced. This has severely irked Yogaraj Bhat.

It was Rs.23 lakhs payment from Kanakapura Srinivas to Yogaraj Bhat. The cheque bounce case was filed at Magistrate court a few days ago.

The super hit film ‘Bharjari’ producer who enters the Rs.50 crore collection club for the film facing such a litigation is disgusting indeed.
