Ilayathalapathy Vijay is presently busy shooting for his 61st film presently referred as 'Thalapathy 61' and the film is directed by Atlee.

It has become almost certain that Vijay will team up with director A.R.Murugadoss for the third time after completing 'Thalapathy 61'. The latest update we learn from a reliable source about 'Vijay 62' is that the makers have planned to release the film as a 2018 Diwali treat and have started drawing plans based on that target.

It is to be noted that 'Thuppakki' and 'Kaththi' the two blockbusters from Vijay and Murugadoss released for 2012 and 2014 Diwali festivals. Another film from the highly celebrated duo on a Diwali festival will be the most precious gift for any Vijay fan as well as a Tamil movie buff.

Nothing else about the project 'Vijay 62' has been made official so far and we will have to wait for Vijay and Murugadoss to be free from their present commitments for the commencement of this film.
