Popular Malayalam serial actress Swathi Nithyanand got married to Pratheesh on Saturday. Adhering to the lockdown norms, the wedding was held in a simple manner at a temple. The ceremony was a private affair attended by the couple's close family members.

Swathi hails from Thiruvananthapuram. She made her acting debut with the serial 'Chempattu'. She rose to fame with the superhit serial 'Bhramanam'. The Cinematography of this serial was done by Pratheesh. It was during this period, the couple fell in love.
