The Maheshbabu-starrer 'Dookudu' is presently shooting at Jayabheri House in Hyderabad. The film unit sources say that the producer is planning to launch the audio on August 7 instead of August 9. However, there is no official confirmation in this regard. One thing is sure that the audio would be launched in the first week of August.

Directed by Sreenu Vaitla, the shooting is currently in brisk progress as it is nearing completion and Maheshbabu is playing a tough cop in this film. Samanta is sharing the screen as female lead. While the story was provided by Gopi-Mohan, the dialogues are being penned by Kona Venkat and Thaman is scoring music for the flick.

Anil Sunkara, Ram Achanta and Gopinath Achanta are jointly producing the film on the banner of 14 Reels Entertainment.
