Mahesh Babu is acting as hero in a film titled 'Brahmotsavam', which is being produced by Pearl V Potluri and Param V Potluri. Sreekanth Addala is the director. This film has been launched today on the occasion of Superstar Krishna's birthday.

The movie was started today at 9.27 am in PVP Office in Hyderabad. Producers Pearl V Potluri and Param gave clap and switched on the camera for the first shot on God's pictures.

Sreekanth Addala said, "I am very happy to be working with Mahesh Babu once again after 'SVSC', in a banner like PVP Cinema. There would be beauty and happiness if some people are together. If there is a family with many members and if they celebrate every moment like a Utsavam, it is a Brahmotsavam. It is our film".

Prasad V Potluri said, "The regular shooting starts from July 10th and we are planning to release it on January 8th as Sankranthi gift. The festival starts for audiences on January 8th. Sreekanth Addala prepared a very good script and we will produce it without compromising regarding budget".

Mahesh Babu, Satyaraj, Jayasudha, Rao Ramesh, Tanikella Bharani etc will act in this film. Ratnavelu is the cinematographer, Mickey J Meyer composes music, Srikar Prasad is the editor and Thota Tarani is the art director.
