Sadha is awaiting the release of her forthcoming movie Anniyan with great hopes.

She says,"I was excited when director Shankar called me to play the heroine in Anniyan. It was an unexpected call. To act in a Shankar's movie that too with an actor like Vikram at an early stage of my career was a gods gift".

The slim Sadha, who made a dream debut with Jayam in Tamil, has had no great hit here after that. In Telugu too, her career is going nowhere.

So Anniyan is her biggest meal ticket. And naturally she is full of praise for Shankar, the director of Anniyan. 'Shankar deserves accolades for his extraordinary creativity and sincerity. He takes all responsibilities on his shoulders at the shoot but handles everything with ease without any tension", Sadha says.

On her role, Sadha, who is slowly turning to glamour-oriented roles, says "I have a major role to play in Anniyan. There are few heavy portions involving me in the movie that I have given my best try".

On her experience with Vikram, she says "he is a remarkable actor. His acting credentials are well known. Watching him at close quarters, I was awestruck at the way he gives out his emotions '.

"Anniyan is a important movie in my career which will take me many steps forward in my zeal and ambition to excel in this profession".
