Earlier it was reported that the yesteryear Bollywood superstar Amitabh Bachchan will be playing a role in director Shankar's '2.0' which will have Superstar Rajinikanth and Amy Jackson in lead roles.

Now the Senior Bachchan had rubbished it as a rumor and said no one had approached him for any role in the 'Enthiran' sequel. However, the veteran revealed a secret on why he did not act in 'Enthiran' the blockbuster science fiction thriller of the year 2010.

Big B said that he was approached by Shankar to play the villain in 'Enthiran' however, when he called and spoke with Rajini about the offer the latter said him not to take up the role as he felt that people will not accept him in a negative role.

Then the role went to Bollywood actor Danny Denzongpa and the rest is history.
